Can anyone suggest how to hang pennants on the wall without using staples or nails?

My walls are quite new and I want to hang pennants. Is it possible to hang pennants without wrecking the wall too much???Can anyone suggest how to hang pennants on the wall without using staples or nails?
Double sides hangers or white ';Sticky Stuff'; Double sided hangers or tape work fine, but may pull some of the paint off when you remove.
