try to cut it of with small clean sissors and put some dis-enfectet cream on it then wrap it so the under part of the nail wont be exposed and get dirty you can wrap it with a picece of that arm thred stuff or a wet picece of towl hope that helps
cover it in a bandage let the skin dry and then either cut it carefully or let it fall off!
I try and carefully cut them off with very clean scissors. They are just so horrid and painfull!
Use clippers and cut it off.
Don't rip it! It can be worth sticking a plaster over the top to make sure that you don't rip it if you can't cut it clean enough.
