First soak it then once it is soft use clippers and trim it off, if it bleeds apply pressure until bleeding stops and use band-aid if there is an open area so germs don't get in. Hang nails are usually caused by your cuticle not having enough oil. to avoid hang nails rub veggie oil on your cuticles and is should help So hope this helped and best of luck!

lol sorry i heard that on fam guy and i couldn't resist.
cut it of with nail clippes, to keep them away once and a while push you cultaculs back
have one of your friends pull your nail out with a pair of pliers.
Cut it off with a nail clipper.
